CANCELLATION POLICY


For any programs that are cut short or otherwise cannot be played due to unforeseen circumstances out of the Sport & Social Club's control (venue issue/cancellation, foul weather, strike, etc.), the SSC will extend program dates, reschedule games, and/or issue credits to all affected participants to ensure full value is received. For any cancellation requests for a future league or event registration, the SSC will provide credits to all affected participants to ensure full value is received. The SSC will do our best to help our members by ensuring credits are applied equally between all team members, transfer credits to friends or family members, and transfer credits between cities where our programs operate. While the SSC is unable to provide registration refunds for current or future programs, program extensions, rescheduled games, and/or credits will ensure our members receive full value.


COVID-19 UPDATE
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, implementation of physical distancing, and the impact of the global pandemic that we are all experiencing, we have temporarily paused all SSC programs in the best interest of public health and safety. Credits have been issued to all members affected by this forced shutdown of the winter season. We will update members registered for future programs with more information on future start dates once we have that information available. If any future programs need to be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be rescheduling games, extending the season, and/or issuing full value SSC credits to all affected participants.
