League NotesThis program is for all levels!
Beginners, Walkers and Hangovers: Complete one to three loops. We run around a 6:30 per km pace for the first few laps. Feel free to alternate between running and walking as you see fit. Total distance 1.4km – 4.2km.
Intermediate: We will complete the trail four to six times. Total distance 5.6km – 8.4km.
Advanced : We will do five hill intervals focusing on proper incline and decline form. The hill is 21m or 70 feet in elevation. Run up, run down, rest for roughly one minute. Repeat 3-10x
- SUMMER: 7 weeks. No session on August 4th or September 1st.
